This year, we began offering the offshore option to clients. I expected maybe a 20% acceptance rate and some pushback, but the response has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, I’m now adding more volume to our relationship. For example, the other day six files came in, and five clients agreed to the 7216 compliance. Last night, 18 files came in, and more than half agreed. If I had known the response would be this strong, I honestly would have implemented this years ago.
