Companies House Compliance Has Become a Moving Target
The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 has made company secretarial work an increasingly active compliance responsibility. Identity verification requirements for new directors came into force on 18 November 2025. Existing directors must confirm their verification with their next confirmation statement during the 12-month transition period, while PSCs have individual deadlines.
For existing directors, the next confirmation statement is a key compliance milestone. Unison Globus tracks filing dates and verification status across your client portfolio to help keep statutory filings on schedule.
